Health Credit Services – now a part of Ally
We have been consulting with HCS for over two years. We were brought in to develop brand messaging, brand standards, and ongoing creative assets including website, sales materials, office branding, and email marketing.
The two main challenges we had to solve – 1) simplifying a complex healthcare financial product and 2) maintaining consistency as the startup matured and the product offerings grew and evolved.

The main challenge when redesigning the HCS website was site architecture. HCS has two audiences – healthcare providers looking for financial solutions and patients/customers, who have been enrolled by their provider, looking for more information about the company. Two very different messages. HCS wasn’t ready to move to two URLs so a solution needed to be developed where the site visitor could choose their path to a tailored experience. Site speed was also a concern. Prior to redesign the site took 4+ seconds to load and after redesign, ~1.8 seconds. The design was developed to be consistent with brand assets that had evolved over the course of the year – fresh and approachable, not your typical B2B financial website.
